All orders below us$75, regular shipping is us$6.

We offer regular air mail shipping with online tracking, please allow 5 to 12 business days for this service.

All orders above US$150 receive FREE SHIPPING worldwide.

For all other countries, regular shipping ranges from us$16.99 upwards.

We also offer Express shipping with or without insurance. Our Express shipping service is 3 to 5 business days worldwide with online tracking.

We aim to process all orders, including custom engraved stamped pieces within 2 business days unless they are preorder pieces.

Sometimes there are some delays, but we always do our best to speed up the processing times.

These business days do not include weekends, holidays or custom clearance delays.

Carpe Diem Jewellery is not responsible for import duties to international customers.

We ship with Couriers Please, Aramax, USPS, and Australia Post with tracking information provided. These are all reliable shipping services, but sometimes things do happen. To ensure nothing ever happens to your shipment please send a note if you would like to purchase shipping insurance, which will give you comprehensive coverage throughout the shipping process.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE 

If you would like a refund please contact us within 5 days of the arrival of your purchase, and we will issue you a refund once we have received the returned item. Shipping will not be refunded.

Because we charge a cheaper price for shipping than what it actually costs, there will be a restocking fee of $10 per piece on refunds and returns.

We must receive the item in the original packaging and the item must be in the condition it was shipped in. Item must not have been worn and be in mint condition.

Shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping for refunds, exchanges or repairs will be at the cost of the customer.

We will fix or exchange any broken items up to 15 days from the date the jewelry arrived.

No refunds or exchanges on custom orders, including custom stamps and custom ring sizes.

If a piece is defective within 30 days we will happily repair or replace it at no charge, but the original piece must be returned to us first before the piece is repaired or replaced. We will happily pay for the return shipping fees.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for:

We always recommend you have a local jeweler measure your ring size. But all rings can always be re sized.

ENGRAVED CUSTOM STAMPS

Please note there are different charges depending on the amount of characters you choose and a limit of characters on each piece of jewelry. Every character is hand stamped and we only offer all alphabets, numbers, Roman numerals and any symbols. Please check the 'personalize' page for all the details.

We work with 925 sterling silver, brass, stainless steel and silver mixed with metal alloy.

All Carpe Diem Jewelry pieces are individually handmade, so no two pieces are exactly the same. Although they may be the  same design each piece is hand finished so there may be some differences.
